Then Tempo! is the fitness app for you!

Tempo! converts easily between pace in min/km and speed in km/h, and you can calculate the total time for a distance at a given speed or how far you can run for example for an hour at a certain pace.

Tempo! is not an app you use during training, but when planning your workouts and setting your goals, or when comparing your running pace with your neighboors speed on the treadmill.

Active runners and those running outside often measure their performance in how many minutes they use per kilometer, reffered to as pace (min/km). On a treadmill you normally set the speed in km/h. Tempo can convert between the two, so those who normally use pace easily can see what speed they should set on the treadmill, and those who normally run on a treadmill or use km/h easily can see how many minutes they use per kilometer when running at their normal speed.

For pace:
Set the pace in min/km and speed in km/h is calculated.

Then you can choose the distance to calculate the time you will use, or choose the time and get the distance you can move at your pace.

For speed:
Enter the speed in km/h and the pace in min/km is calculated.

For distance and time:
Enter the distance you want to run/cycle/walk etc. and the desired target time and the app calculates the required average speed both as pace in min/km and speed in km/h.

This is very useful when you need to set the "Race Pace" on your Polar heart rate monitor or "Virtual Partner" on your Garmin heart rate monitor with your updated target time for a marathon or other competitions!
